Client, tenant, crew, and job safety are the cornerstones of every project. Our robust and detailed safety program started day one over forty-five years ago at Zenith’s inception. Our policies require employees to complete the Midwest Roofing Contractor’s Association Safety & Health Agenda for Roofing Professionals, or SHARP courses before they are allowed to work on our projects.
In addition, we train, retrain, and consistently develop safety procedures with our in house OSHA outreach Instructor that ensure, not only our crew’s safety, but every aspect of our client’s business.
Zenith uses its in-house certified crews to install professionally engineered scaffolding systems and secure perimeter fencing, protecting not only our team but also the public and surrounding
property. This proactive approach minimizes risk, reduces delays, and ensures we maintain the highest standards of job site safety — every step of the way.
